She said she wanted more out of life than just playing around with whoever she already knew, and whoever she met. There was something profoundly unsatisfying about these endless parties, this boring music, dancing, and drinking and these fucking drugs were all just depressing her the whole week after. 

The other girls were beginning to get more and more into this hardcore partying shit. Getting naked in front of these fake-ass hipster party photographers, giving the finger to almost every guy they met, and fucking them later on.

She only wanted to understand.
Why were they still awake, that late ?
What kept them all from going home ?
Why were we that afraid of being alone ?
Why and when this music stopped being emotional ? 

She wanted to know where it all came from.
Who could explain this whole mind control thing that seems to happen when the sound is a little too loud ?
Who could master the arts of accelerating heart rates ?

She needed an answer.
